In the past that was a no-no for the first race. And the 1/5 event is off, so send the membership in. I sent mine in without a check (doh) so that's in the mail today. emoticon

Registration for membership is due at the date of the Annual Meeting.
After that a late charge will be assessed.
due to the busy time at registration for the first race. Membership applications are not usually accepted.
With Sunday's race being cancelled you get a reprieve. send it in.

As long as we receive your renewal this coming week you can pick up your membership card at registration. Pam needs time to assign numbers .

As long as there is racing, I'm there 100%. I have been waiting all year to get back out and shoot on the ice just to find out I'll be out of the northeast for basically all of the season.

I can shoot a lot in one day though emoticon

Well I just got the bad new that the NER rallyx for 1-11/12 is moved back a week due to BS warm and rainy weather. So, now I may have a problem. My next free ice race weekend was the first week of February, so I wasn't in a hurry to renew. Now it's this weekend. I put mine in the mail this morning as soon as I found out about the rallyx. Do you think it will get there in time?

I am about to drop the envelop with the renewal application. Hope it will get there on time as well. Still not sure I can make it this weekend but at least want to take care of the membership.
